Horse Camp is held at Creekside Stables just off of Dallas Hywy in Marietta, Ga. Camp is ran by myself, Lari Bennett, this year will be my 10th. I have been instructing riding for over 20 years. In my younger days I trained and showed hunter/jumpers, dressage, english and western, racking and some barrel racing. I have children of my own now and spend most of my time with teaching beginners how fun it is to ride. I have also been involved with the Special Olympics equestrian program for the past 6 years. My athlete that I coach is awesome!!!! Her name is Gina and she has been riding for many years. Her story is amazing! If you stop by the barn she'll be glad to tell you how much horses and riding mean to her.

My camp is a fun place to begin your child's love of horses. We learn everything we can in a week about horses including horse care, grooming, riding styles and general breed knowledge. We do crafts, play games, decorate the horses and have a pizza party. We also have a show day to show off what we've done during the week and even get ribbons. All levels of ability are welcome from the "I never touched a horse before" to the "I am ready for my own horse PLEASE!". Prices are affordable for all and there are discounts available for multiple children and weeks. Below are the dates, times and schedule. *Siblings, friends and or other family members can share a horse at a discounted price. All the other activities are included with the discount.

The barn is located at 2777 Old Dallas Rd. in Marietta Ga. We are near the intersection of Dallas Hwy and Barrett Pkwy.
